Refund policy

Effective October 12, 2026

Every purchase comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the books don’t help you, you get all of your money back.

The guarantee

If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us within 7 days of the day you bought it and we’ll refund 100% of what you paid for that order, including anything you added at checkout or right after it (such as Practice Questions with Explanations or the Complete Study Pack).

You don’t need to give a reason, though we’d love to hear what didn’t work so we can make the books better.

How to ask for a refund

• Email [email protected] with "Refund" in the subject line.
• Send it from the email address you used at checkout, or include that address in your message so we can find your order.

What happens next

We’ll reply to confirm, then refund the payment to the card or account you paid with. Any sales tax you paid on the order is refunded with it. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show a refund on your statement.

After 7 days

The books are digital files that you download and keep, so purchases are final after the 7-day window.
